What is our return policy?

Unused and unopened orders may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive the returned item, the cost will be charged to your original payment method, excluding shipping (non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or resold items cannot be returned. This does not apply to personalized orders. Personalized orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

Do personalized orders qualify for returns?

Our custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned, but if there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected], and they will be happy to assist you.

When can I expect a refund if I return an item?

Once we receive the returned item, the cost (excluding shipping) will be charged to your original payment method within approximately 1-3 business days.

Please note that credits may take up to 10 to 14 days to appear on your statement.
